Practising Leadership Session

An hour of one on one, online, leadership cultivation. We focus on assessment and reflecting on your goals and aspirations within the specific context of your work. This is a great way to get started before committing to a full program or to continue developing your leadership practice following the completion of a full program.

Practising Leadership Program

This is a structured six month program of one to one online leadership mentoring for new and emerging leaders (1hr/month). The program includes six unique sessions aimed at implementing and enacting essential but often overlooked skills that are required of new and emerging leaders; practices of self reflection, performance appraisal, and process improvement. You can't lead without learning how and you can't learn without practise. We show you how.

Cultivating Leadership Program

This organisation meta-program trains middle and upper level managers to deliver a six month structured coaching plan for new and emerging leaders. The meta-program includes a 6 hour onsite workshop for 4-8 managers, detailed coaching session outlines, and ongoing support to implement and tailor the program to the needs of the environment and team. The meta-program also includes three 60 minute online check-ins for each enrolled manager aimed at supporting the implementation of this coaching framework.
